William M. Tiano is skilled at winning cases involving the areas of products liability, insurance bad faith law, railroad negligence, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, trucking and serious motor vehicle accidents, and industrial coal mining. Mr. Tiano completed his undergraduate education at Marshall University in 1982. He then earned his law degree at West Virginia University College of Law in 1986.
